1. Do not jog unless you want to do it completely right. (Read up on pose running, a technique developed my Dr. Romanov www.posetech.com) Jogging involves too much repetitious impact and if one does one thing wrong they perform it wrong thousands of times over. It ends up not being good at all. Running is good for humans only as a defense mechanism, using it to "get into shape" just doesn't seem wise. If you must run do it infrequently and try to run faster every time.(ie find a distance to run faster every time, or find a time to run for further distances every time)
2. Learn to do bodyweight squats, then do them for sets of increasing number until you can do a set 100. This will increase strength, cardiovascular strength, and flexibility.
3. Buy a door mount chin up bar or a chinning and dipping station and put it somewhere where you can and will use it. Practice doing chinups everyday until you can do 5 easily at a slow pace. After this start doing 20 chins nomatter what every other day. This means do 5 rest and do 4 more, and so on until you complete 20. Eventually 20 chinups will become a feat within your reach.
4. Start to learn about calories and eat accordingly.

thanks for the tips. I heard that if you "power walk" its way better than jogging. especially for women. I hear that jogging jars your body too. I always make fun of the "power walking women" on the streets, but i guess they were right all along.
Are you sure running full speed is good for you?
Well you should know...
I'll talk to you later
